FCI did a fabulous job of installing flooring in my new home. The living room, dining room, hallway, and 3 bedrooms had carpet pulled up and flooring put down. I was undecided between FCI and a friend’s family member’s company. Matt preserved. Matt worked with me to find a flooring that was in stock. My first choice is back ordered. I recently bought house and wanted floors done before I moved. He and his crew worked very hard, and came back on the weekend to finish due to power outage of several days, so the floors would be done for Monday move. The old saying of you get what you pay for…FCI was more expensive, but in the end it was TOTALLY worth it. The customer service alone was worth the extra money! Matt went out of his way to help me move a few heavy boxes the movers put in front of sink! The roofer, or cleaner put the “safety/anti burglar ” dowel in sliding door wrong, and it was jammed. Matt helped me get it unstuck. True customer service! I 100% recommend FCI! Thanks Matt and crew. Job well done!

After getting a recommendation from our home inspector we decided to check out Floor Coverings. The initial reason to use them was that they brought the flooring samples to our condo. Then there was the sales person, Robert, who was a great help in our choice of flooring. Finally, the installation crew supervised by Brad was professional and customer focused. Because other venders were used to do the installation, Floor Covers International was not visible to potential customers. In fact neighbors contacted Flawless Floors instead.

For some reason I am listed as being in California, but I am in Menomonee Falls, WI. I am beyond thrilled and am extremely happy with the job done by Floor Covering International!  I had an extensive flooring job that FCI completed in 3 days – amazing!  The job included (i) the tear out of carpeting in 2 rooms, 2 closets, a basement stairway and a hallway and the tear out of linoleum in 2 hallways, the kitchen and a closet; (ii) the addition of a subfloor throughout and (3) the laying of vinyl tile with grout (as if it were a stone floor) throughout the house and installing new carpeting to the stairs.  The workers were diligent and respectful of my property.  Everyone I dealt with was friendly, professional and thorough.  I highly recommend FCI and would use them again – no question about it.

Robert in sales, Brad Project Manager were great from day 1. Robert brought a huge van of samples. I told him what I was looking for and he brought into our home plenty of samples. We selected carpet and engineered wood flooring. We ran into tight deadlines as we were moving into a new home, and wanted installation done in 3 weeks. They were able to do all but the carpeting, before we moved in, with the carpeting following 3 weeks later. All worked out great. We were super pleased with installers, and everyone communicated well and was very professional…even double vacuuming the carpets. Their attention to detail is what you hope for and what we got. I’d highly recommend them to anyone in Pewaukee, Brookfield, Waukesha area.

I called Floor Coverings Int based on the reviews listed here and I’m glad we did. We just had carpet installed in our bedrooms and we love it. The process was seamless and the staff/crew was amazing. We will definitely hire them again when we replace our other flooring.

These people couldn’t make it any simpler. Initially I was going to go through empire but they were always booked, and I wanted to explore options. This place popped up as a recommendation. Matt came to my house and showed me samples and educated me thoroughly on every option. I had never had any floor installations done before so I was pretty clueless. Matt made it easy for me. Never felt pressured into anything and him and his team were so friendly and helpful! Whole process went smoothly. They installed it while I was at work, came home to see it and I love it! They did an awesome job. I would recommend this company!!

We love our new floors! We were not sure how we wanted to have the floors installed but the FCI Team was ready with great advice and insight – the carpet turned out great and the bathroom flooring continues to hold up really well with our entire team using the spaces very regularly. Looking forward to working with FCI on the next project!
